Life is not just about finding purpose — it’s about living fully while searching for it. Currently I am a Senior at Florida International University and will graduate with my Mechanical Engineering degree in December 2025, but my journey started a long time ago. It began with a 4-year automotive program in high school. As a recipient of the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship and Silver Knight Award Finalist, I had a vision of making a difference in the world. I took on several jobs which led to me becoming a life coach. I then applied for a part time job to help a friend at UPS, and I never left. I spent the next 15 years in Operations at UPS. From front line loader to front line supervisor, to dispatcher, to driver supervisor and then business manager.

For me, leadership isn’t just about titles or pay — it’s about empowering others to see their potential and helping them reach it. I am not the smartest or have all the answers. I just work hard, push myself to the limits, lead by example and help others discover that everything is possible with hard work and dedication.
During my 15 year tenure I accomplished many things like achieving “Top Gun” in the state of Florida, at one of UPS' strict safety training, under one of the most demanding Regional Safety Managers. More than personal accomplishments, what I'm most proud of is mentoring employees and watching them grow into leaders themselves. I believe the first customers of every organization are its employees.
Outside of work, I enjoyed giving back to my community through food drives, community outreach and mentoring middle school students. Family is also central to my life — my wife and daughter are not part of my life, they are my life.
I am a lifelong learner and driven by purpose, with a deep belief that hard work, resilience, and teamwork make anything possible. My passion is bringing people and systems together to drive efficiency, safety, and sustainable results.
